Custom Halyards

JSI's Rigging Shop can build you the highest quality custom halyard you could hope to find! Choose the level of performance (stretch & durability), the type of shackle and the overall length you require and you'll receive a professionally spliced halyard, whose price and performance will be unmatched!
Types of Line:
Dbl Braided Polyester: Orion - Basic line of good quality Dbl Braided Polyester: Sirius - Durable, low stretch line Dbl Braided Dyneema: Globe - Low stretch racing/cruising line Dbl Braided Dyneema: Admiral - Highest performing racing line
Types of Shackles:
Headboard: Angled bail or integrated thimble Headboard: Light weight, stamped, key pin Snap Shackle: Swivel or fixed bail Trigger Release Shackle: Swivel bail Splice: Standard Splice: Orion Exotic Splice: Sirius, Globe & Admiral The halyard will have a flemmish loop added to the tail to facilitate installation.

Custom Sheets & Lines

JSI's Rigging Shop can build you a custom set of sheets, spliced together onto a large bailed shackle, or with whipped ends for a clean and durable bowline knot. We can also build you a down-haul or any other custom line. When you select a line, order the amount for the finished length, the extra line for the splice is included in the splice price.
