Cortland Steck - Naval Architect
Cortland Steck is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, as well as a graduate of the Westlawn School of Yacht Design, and a member of the Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers. Over the years he has served as chief engineer and in-house naval architect for such companies as Hunter Marine, Endeavour Yachts and Trident Shipworks. In 1984 he established Cortland Steck Yacht Designs and has produced a wide variety of monohull and multihulls custom designs in both power and sail, and for such companies as Manta Catamarans and Wellcraft. Additionally, he has been involved in a wide variety of projects for the marine, aerospace, mass transit and entertainment industries, requiring diverse design and engineering skills, including such projects as; sailing systems for exploratory offshore oil rigs, the Disney World monorail car bodies, the Goodyear blimp gondola and Busch Gardens simulator rides.

Pat Reichman - Project Management
Pat Reichman, president of Hy-Tech marine inc. offers brokerage, project management and consulting services for both sail and power yachts. With over 30 years of experience in the industry in sales, marketing, product development and manufacturing, he can save you time, money, and mistakes whether you are buying, selling, or refitting your yacht.

Pat has been working in the marine industry for over thirty years and has sold and commissioned over three hundred sail and motor yachts. He holds a Florida yacht brokers license, is a notary public, ABYC member and USCG veteran. Pat grew up in a boating family in St. Petersburg, Florida, and started racing at the age of ten in optimist prams all the way to offshore events. He has worked in every part of the industry including educational, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and product development.
